  2. Documentation: We provide a detailed invoice and a copy of the vendor’s client confirmation within seven (7) days of receiving any payment.
  3. Authorization & Security: We always require a credit card authorization form and any additional documents requested by the vendor. In cases where formal forms are not required, written or digital communications will serve as sufficient authorization.
  4. Data Protection: We protect all client information using reasonable and secure methods, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy standards.
  5. Verification: We provide clients with the contact information of our host agency or partner agencies so they can verify our professional credentials at any time.
  6. Booking Release: Upon client request, we will release any booking directly to the vendor within a reasonable timeframe, typically not to exceed seven (7) business days.
  7. Client-First Recommendations: Our advice is based on your best interests, prioritizing quality, value, and fit over any undisclosed commissions or incentives.
  8. Legal & Licensing Compliance: We maintain all required licenses, registrations, and contractual obligations necessary to operate our travel business. This information is available to clients upon request.
  9. Travel Insurance Disclaimer: While we are not licensed insurance experts, we always provide clear, accurate, and unbiased information about available travel-insurance options and connect clients directly with the insurer for detailed explanations of coverage.
  10. Seller of Travel Numbers: In all communications and advertisements, we display the Seller of Travel Numbers of our host agency whenever applicable and valid.
  11. Experience & Training: We provide truthful, up-to-date information regarding our experience, credentials, and ongoing professional training.
  12. Crisis Support: In the event of a significant travel disruption, we will make every reasonable effort to assist you, providing support and leveraging our vendor relationships to find solutions.

Clients may contact us directly by phone, email, or WhatsApp regarding any concerns or transactions.

We will provide all relevant records and request that clients do the same for transparency.

If a client does not receive a response within 14 days of a financial transaction, they are encouraged to contact:

  • Our host agency — to confirm and verify transaction details.
  • The State Attorney General or other appropriate governing body.
  • The Better Business Bureau (BBB) — for formal consumer reporting if necessary.

We will review and address any issues or documentation requests within seven (7) days of receiving the client’s inquiry.
