Last Updated: 11/12/2025
1. Welcome & Overview
1.1 Our Relationship
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Woser Travel Agency’s (“we,” “our,” “Company”) website, communications, and travel-related services. Please read them carefully. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1.2 Our Ethical Foundation
These Terms work alongside our Ethical Travel Agent Commitment. While these Terms address legal rights and responsibilities, our Commitment reflects how we conduct business—with integrity, transparency, and care.
2. Our Services & Your Responsibilities
2.1 What We Provide
We act as your travel agent, helping you research, plan, and book travel with third-party suppliers such as airlines, cruise lines, hotels, and tour operators.
🔹 We do not own, operate, or control these suppliers. All travel products are subject to the supplier’s terms and conditions.
2.2 Your Commitments
You agree that:
-
You are at least 18 years old.
-
You will provide complete and accurate information for all travelers.
-
You understand that final travel experiences and fulfillment are provided by third-party suppliers, not directly by us.
🔹 You are responsible for reviewing all supplier documentation (tickets, confirmations, itineraries, etc.) for accuracy and promptly reporting any discrepancies.
3. Payments, Fees & Pricing
3.1 Price Assurance
We strive to provide accurate pricing. However, all prices are subject to change until full payment is received and confirmed by the supplier.
🔹 In rare cases, suppliers may correct errors or modify rates after initial publication. If this occurs, you will be notified and may choose to accept the change or cancel with a refund of funds not yet remitted to suppliers.
3.2 Our Service Fees
We’re transparent about our compensation:
-
We typically earn commission from suppliers.
-
If we charge service fees, we’ll disclose them in writing before booking.
-
No hidden fees or surprise charges.
🔹 All service fees are non-refundable once the booking process begins, unless otherwise stated in writing.
3.3 Payment Processing
-
All payments are processed through secure, traceable channels.
-
Your funds are applied directly to your travel arrangements.
-
We provide detailed invoices and vendor confirmations within 7 days of payment.
🔹 You authorize us to use the payment information you provide to process travel purchases through suppliers and to share necessary details securely with them.
4. Booking Terms & Cancellations
4.1 Supplier Rules Apply
Each travel supplier has its own policies covering cancellations, changes, and refunds. We will provide these before booking, and you are responsible for understanding and complying with them.
4.2 Our Cancellation Policy
-
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
-
Refund eligibility depends entirely on supplier policies.
-
We cannot guarantee refunds beyond what suppliers allow.
-
Service fees and deposits may be non-refundable.
🔹 If a supplier fails to provide a refund or goes out of business, our liability is limited to the amount of commission we received for that booking.
4.3 Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. While we are not insurance experts, we will:
-
Explain available options clearly.
-
Connect you directly with insurers for policy details.
-
Help you understand typical coverage benefits and claim procedures.
🔹 Declining travel insurance means you accept full responsibility for any losses not covered by suppliers (including cancellations, delays, or medical emergencies).
5. Protecting Your Information
5.1 Your Privacy Matters
We safeguard your personal information with reasonable technical and administrative security measures. Our Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, and protect your data.
5.2 How We Communicate
By booking with us, you agree we may contact you about your trip via:
-
Phone (including automated or recorded calls).
-
Email.
-
Text or WhatsApp messages.
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time while still receiving essential travel updates.
🔹 Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your personal or payment information.
6. When Things Don’t Go as Planned
6.1 Our Role in Problem Resolution
We serve as your advocate. If issues arise during travel:
-
Contact us immediately for assistance.
-
We’ll communicate with suppliers to find a reasonable solution.
-
We’ll provide guidance in emergencies whenever possible.
6.2 Important Limitations
While we strive for excellence, certain circumstances are beyond our control:
-
We are not liable for actions, omissions, or defaults of suppliers.
-
We cannot guarantee against travel disruptions, weather, government actions, strikes, or other force majeure events.
-
Our maximum liability, for any reason, is limited to the commission or service fees earned on your booking.
🔹 We are not responsible for itinerary changes, flight delays, or missed connections caused by external factors.
7. General Provisions
7.1 Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
7.2 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Duval County, Florida.
7.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Ethical Travel Agent Commitment and Privacy Policy, represent our full agreement and supersede any prior verbal or written understandings.
🔹 If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining sections will remain valid and in effect.
